Summary:
Machining parts for manufacturing of completion products using manual or NC lathe and mill machines.
Produces complex parts from a variety of materials within close tolerances.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Machine complex features with a wide range of materials.
Select tools and fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
Work on the machining plan.
Requirements:
Experience in the operation of:
Mori Seiki CNC Lathes Manual thread machining Manual Lathes, Mills Hollow Spindle Lathe Shaft Hobb machine Knowledge in all phases of Shaft machining is a plus.
Proficient in all phases of machine operation.
Proficient in reading all types of machining measurement equipment as well as machining blueprints.
Ability to show up to work on time, daily.
Overtime is required.
CNC Machinist Recommended Skills Blueprinting Drawing Machinery Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
