shiftsTravelJob DescriptionZachry is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for baseload work at ConocoPhillips in Bartlesville, OKThe position consists of maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and replacement of machinery and equipment such as motors, AHU's, and pumps.
Job RequirementsDetects minor to major problems with machines and equipment including observation and listening to locate trouble areas in mechanical devices.
Operates and maintains heating and cooling operation systems and performs maintenance.
Operates various heating and cooling equipment such as boilers and chillers.
Reads and records chiller and boiler pressures and temperatures; makes adjustments as needed.
Performs troubleshooting and mechanical repairs for air conditioning, heating and related equipment.
Performs preventive maintenance for air conditioning, heating and related equipment, e.
g.
, replacing filters and belts, greasing bearings, replacing temperature sensors, checking oil and refrigerant levels, etc.
Responds to and services tenant calls regarding complaints, emergencies, breakdowns, etc.
Performs minor building maintenance and/or repairs to plumbing systems, refrigerators, etc.
Oversees subcontractors.
Craft hand tools required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Wage based on experience.
