Cost Analyst

Our client has a need for a Cost Analyst.
This is a contract position; however, it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies.

For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.
Cost Analyst Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Cost Analyst will include:
Utilize SAP, Excel, and other sources and tools to access cost information and create project cost reports.
Work with team to update cost reports semi-monthly.
Use reports to create program cost updates and metrics.
Report results to Finance functions for monthly updates.
Troubleshoot errors and work to simplify and improve overall process.
Cost Analyst Job Requirements As a Cost Analyst, you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty.
You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
3 to 5 years' experience Knowledge of SAP or similar accounting program with ability to quickly learn and use SAP.
Skilled with Excel, Word, and similar MS programs.
Ability to work with remote individuals using MS Teams and/or Webex.
