Responsibilities may include:
Monitor past due Account Receivable Aged Trial Balance reports to ensure payment within terms, reconcile trade receivable accounts and prioritize handling of problem situations
Communicate and work with internal and external customers to resolve disputes and payment problems
Distribute reports, invoice copies, and incoming mail on rotational basis with other workers
Assist with identifying and coding accounts that have not been coded or have been improperly coded
Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma

years of banking, accounting, finance, or credit related experience
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred:
Associates Degree

years of banking, accounting, finance or credit related experience
Basic technical knowledge of routinely used systems and procedures and working knowledge of company policies and procedures
Demonstrates enthusiasm and energy toward work
Self-directed and motivated to accomplish regular and special project tasks in an efficient manner
Effective written and verbal communication skills that increase knowledge and promote future sharing
Ability to develop interpersonal and team building relationships by taking a genuine interest in business operations, customers and objectives
Takes a disciplined approach to achieving results by focusing on goals that support team objectives
Constructively takes guidance from others. Tests existing processes & procedures and generates suggestions for change
Confident and remains objective when faced with difficult situations
Knowledge of SAP
Ability to train others and handle cross functional duties when necessary

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
