## Requirements
Bachelor''s degree in management or a related field from four-year college or university or one to two years related management experience in a college bookstore
Proficient in leading and motivating a team
Strong guest service and relationship building skills
Ability and desire to problem solve, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Mastery of written and verbal communication
Should be able to manage change and work autonomously
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
Basic mathematical skills, ability to count and provide change for monetary transactions
Ability to move and handle boxes of merchandise and/or textbooks including lifting up to 50 lbs. in a safe manner
## Job Description
Leading team and store operations for one or more locations
Interviewing, selecting, and retaining team members
Training, recognizing, and providing team members feedback through active performance management
Leading team to accomplish store goals through task assignment and follow-up
Overseeing inventory management through ordering, receiving, stocking, and performing inventory of merchandise
Leading store operations including general store opening and closing duties, running cash registers, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor and backroom
Managing textbook cycle by planning and executing profitable back-to-school sales and textbook buyback periods including textbook ordering and returns
Performing basic accounting functions
Planning and meeting payroll goals
Maintaining a positive relationship with campus partners by being available to answer questions and follow up on suggestions
Providing excellent guest service by modeling and leading team members to greet each guest with, "Hi, How Can I Help You?", ensuring merchandise is in-stock, and eliminating excessive wait times at cash registers
Providing superior service to online guests by ensuring prompt filling and shipping web orders and addressing guest questions and comments
Protecting company assets by adhering to operational best practices and following up on suspicious activity
Ensuring store is in legal compliance with all company, state, and federal guidelines
Other duties as assigned

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
