We are hiring for call center agents to answer inbound customer service calls regarding general questions relating to products and service.

Requirements:
6 months customer service experience
Prior call center experience a plus
Excellent verbal skills
Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while continuing conversation with the customer.
Evaluate customers needs, offer solutions/products based on their unique needs.
Willing to overcome customer objections
Someone who enjoys helping others
Ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys helping others while working in a relaxed fun environment!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
