This role provides support to US Marketing customers and the Sales Organizations for a specific channel of trade and/or region. Accountable for direct customer interface for new customer set up and customer inquiry resolution. Accountable for resolving all customer issues independently and collaboratively using various resources. Works in collaboration with a significant number of internal groups in order to problem solve and drive final resolution of customer issues. Responsible for setting up new customers and all customer updates; providing program information and support; coordinating with Pricing Group; handling product quality issues; maintaining customer database; and invoice support.

Responsibilities may include:
Manage customer lifecycle including initial set up, updates, and renewal or termination.
Coordinate the effective and timely resolution of customer issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Interface with internal groups (i.e. - Demand Management, Pricing, Billing, Data Admin, Terminal Clearance, and Tax) in a way that develops strong working relationships and effective coordination of activities critical to our customers.
Actively work with Sales Managers and Account Representatives to achieve results.
Preparing ad hoc reports, summarizing information, interpreting data in order to provide the best possible service levels for our customers.
Provide proactive contacts with our customers to support US Marketing direction and create better communication.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1 years relevant work experience
3 years of experience serving others (external customers or internal partners) in an effective and professional fashion with a willingness and can-do attitude

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
