Description:
As an integral team member of the Cash Payments group, serve as liaison with group and BUs to resolve payment issues and ensure compliance with Phillips 66 Company AP Policies and Procedures. Lead, manage and provide analysis for various projects to provide guidance in creating payment process efficiencies and create synergies for the company. Interact with both external and internal sources to perform recovery audits which can result in recovering funds owed to company.

Responsibilities may include:
Liaison with group and BUs to resolve payment issues and ensure that all payments process timely and general ledger accounts are in balance for month end
Continuous development and implementation of process improvements
Lead, coordinate and manage multiple key group projects
Analyze, compile and report monthly group and executive metrics
Process and manage special automated payments and manual requests in bank websites
Liaison for technical systems, FIPP and Livelink
Provide key analysis for group and Treasury Services
Perform as backup for Supervisor
Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
15 hours of college level accounting
1 years experience in accounting/finance role
Expert in Microsoft Excel

Preferred:
Strong SAP and systems experience
Strong Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable background
Ability to support and work well in a team environment
Self-motivated and ability to adapt readily to change and process improvements
Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented
Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal
Ability to handle detailed work to ensure daily functions are performed timely
Strong knowledge of, and commitment to, internal control procedures
